Tractic is a real estate portfolio management platform that helps passive income investors track properties, monitor cash flow, analyze performance, and generate tax reports. The service includes AI-powered insights, bank account connectivity, and market data tools.
You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Tractic offers the following subscription tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Tractic is a portfolio tracking and analysis tool, not a licensed financial advisor. The information, insights, and reports provided by Tractic — including AI-generated insights, market estimates, and tax report templates — are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making investment or tax decisions.
You own your data. By using Tractic, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Tractic platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Tractic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Tractic, including portfolio insights, account notifications, and product updates. Message frequency varies — typically no more than a few per week.
Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Tractic is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from Tractic. Reply HELP for support. You can also email support@tractic.io with any questions about our SMS program.
SMS messages from Tractic are not protected. Do not include sensitive information (account numbers, passwords) in any reply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or continued use of the Tractic platform.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tractic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Tractic after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Tractic is headquartered.
