How Tractic reads your owner statements

Your property manager's statement is the source of truth. Tractic reads the totals printed on it, then checks that the line items add up to those totals.

When a figure is not printed, or we cannot read it with confidence, we show "unknown" instead of guessing.

We never edit your statements. If we find we read one wrongly, we correct how we read it, not your document.

Every correction to how Tractic computes a figure is logged inside your account, under Corrections, so you can see what changed and when.
